Over the years we have learned that our clients do not wish to manage webspace. We are partnered with Webflow, one of the worlds leaders in fast and efficient hosting. Our monthly fee includes any hosting costs, patching or maintenance as well as technical support if something goes wrong.
Yes. We provide SSL on all of our hosting packages so that you can let the world know your site is secure. You will be able to process payments through your site only when using SSL.
We ask for an initial design fee and then a monthly fee for the hosting and maintenance. There is no contract so you are able to cancel your hosting at any time if you would like.
Absolutely. All of our sites are implemented on the Webflow CMS. This means that you can assign content editors to your site so that if any information needs to be added or updated, you will be able to without having to create a support ticket.
The timeline for each project depends on its complexity and the scope of work. We'll provide you with an estimated timeline after evaluating your project requirements. Sometimes the timeframe also depends on client communication.
All of our sites are highly optimized for SEO. When building your site we use very clean code and make sure to implement best practices so that your site is graded higher than your competitors by Google.
We do offer marketing campaigns but do to the nature of how highly customized a campaign can be we do not have set pricing and usually would like to have a consultation to find out your goals. We would then provide a custom quote and contract based on your needs.
We can supply standard images for your site but we do ask that the textual content be reviewed and submitted by our clients. Although we are able to use some generic content we often do not know your business as well as you and because of this it's typically best if we receive the text content you would like to implement on the site. Copywriting services may be offered at an additional cost.
All of our sites offer continuous backups so that if anything happens to your site we will always be able to get it back online quickly.
We highly recommend our clients purchase their own domain. We feel that this is a very important aspect of your business and feel that you should be the sole operator of your domain. We can purchase domains for you and transfer them to you but typically recommend you registering this yourself.
